How MythCairn works

MythCairn looks at where things actually came from: myths, everyday inventions and the wonders of the world, compared with the version most people have heard.

Sources

Each page lists the sources behind it, with links. Most come from Wikipedia, Theoi.com, the Perseus Digital Library, Britannica, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and World History Encyclopedia.

Dates and corrections

Every page shows when it was last updated. If something is wrong, write to contact@mythcairn.com with the page address and what looks off. Confirmed errors get fixed.
